The TÜBİTAK Research Institute of Fundamental Sciences (TBAE) will organize the "Gravitation, Cosmology and Mathematical Physics (TBAE GCMP'25)" winter school between 03-07 February 2025. This school aims to provide the necessary theoretical foundations and educate students who plan to conduct research in gravitation, cosmology, and mathematical physics, as well as as supporting researchers actively working in these fields. The courses will be delivered by expert instructors from various universities and institutes. In addition to covering core fundamental theoretical concepts such as Special/General Relativity, Cosmology, and the Mathematical Foundations of Gravitation, there will be special talks highlighting the latest research developments in these areas.
Application Requirements:
M.Sc. & Ph.D. students, post-doctoral researchers in related fields are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority for the F2F participation.
- Approval requires a transcript (M.Sc & Ph.D.).
For senior undergraduate students (F2F):
- Minimum number of semesters completed: 6
- Proven record of succesfully taken courses: Modern Physics
- Minimum GPA : 2.50
- Approval requires a transcript.
