Applicants who are unable to complete the application form online can download the Excel document, fill it out, and email the completed form to bbt.web@tubitak.gov.tr. Your application will be received as a result of submissions made using this method.

Note: When adding additional documents to the Excel file, it is recommended to follow the steps Insert > Object > Create from File and select the Link to File and Display as Icon options.
