Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır spoke at TBAE Summer School

Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology, spoke at the "From Quantum to Space: Ideas and Applications" at TBAE between June 25 and July 4, 2019. Underlining that he knows that this event is very important and exciting with the participation of famous scientists from all over the world, our Deputy Minister expressed his pleasure to be here. Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır emphasized that as the Ministry of Industry and Technology, they are focusing on the development and production of critical components of groundbreaking technologies with domestic and national facilities within the framework of our country's National Technology Move, and stated that the most important component is of course human.

Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır stated that Turkey today has a large national research infrastructure and scientists conducting world-class research, and therefore we are approaching the eve of a lot of work that can actually have great consequences. He said that they will continue to take strong steps to further develop this capacity in the coming period, as well as in vital areas such as basic sciences, and underlined that they attach great importance to both this work and the future work of TBAE.

Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır then said that he believes that this event is important for the recognition of TBAE both domestically and internationally and that he strongly believes that among the valuable participants here, there will be people who will carry out both very important scientific research and groundbreaking technological initiatives in the future.
