The CoCirculation3 Program is funded through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND call under the European Union's Horizon Europe research and innovation program. The program aims to connect Turkey's research and innovation ecosystem with internationally experienced researchers.

The 2025 call was opened for applications as of September 1, 2025 and applications will continue until December 1, 2025.

Researchers to be supported under the program are expected to conduct their research for 24 months at an academic or non-academic institution (industrial organizations, SMEs and other research institutions) in Turkey, accompanied by a supervisor. The program also offers an optional additional period of up to 12 months in a non-academic institution.

Applications can be submitted online TYBS system will be taken over. A total of 33 researchers will be supported in 2025.

Application Requirements:

• All researchers with a PhD degree can apply.
• Must not have been in Turkey for more than 12 months in the last 36 months.
• Project topics are expected to be related to the Green Deal.
