TUBITAK Basic Sciences Research Institute, which continues its efforts to produce qualified knowledge in a wide range of fields from quantum universe to quantum technologies, to carry out scientific activities at international level and to provide Turkey with scientific competitiveness, will organize an international Spring School on "Quantum Photonics: Principles and Applications" will be organized between 13-15 March 2020.
In this school, where world-renowned scientists and young researchers and master's/doctoral students will come together, a series of lectures will be held on distinguished topics ranging from the fundamentals of quantum photonics to its current applications. This series of lectures, which will be given in an interactive discussion environment, will arouse a dynamic research excitement in the participating researchers and students and will contribute to the creation of a quantum technologies ecosystem in our country.
Due to the developments in the world due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, it has been decided to postpone the school. New dates will be determined and applications will be evaluated in the future.
