Today, unfortunately, the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak continues in our country and in the world. For this reason, many research and educational activities; meetings, workshops, summer schools are canceled or postponed. In order to mitigate the negative effects of this situation on scientific studies and science-based processes, TBAE organizes an internationally inspiring Online Seminar Series in various branches of basic science and interdisciplinary fields. In this context, Nobel Laureate Prof. Dr. William D. Phillips from the University of Maryland and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (USA) presented "A New Measure: Quantum Reform of the Metric System".
