"TBAE Theoretical Particle Physics Summer School 2024 (TBAE TPF'24)" will be organized by TÜBİTAK Institute of Basic Sciences (TBAE). The aim of the school is to provide the necessary theoretical background in high energy physics to students who want to do graduate studies in high energy physics, who are working in this field, and who want to go to CERN and similar research centers. The lectures will be given by lecturers from various universities in Turkey and abroad and will provide basic theoretical knowledge on Special Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Field Theory, Quantum Electrodynamics, Group Theory, Standard Model and Beyond Standard Model.

Application Requirements

Participants will be selected from among 2nd year undergraduate students, 3rd year, 4th year, graduate and postgraduate students, and the quota is limited. Applicants should have some English reading and comprehension skills in order to understand the resources that will be sent in advance. Transcripts are required at the time of application.

Note Participants are not charged any fee.
